Four Palms is a small development of four private two-bedroom villas in Kedungu. The homes are planned with furnished interiors, a private pool and the everyday essentials for spending more time in Bali.

Vasily Pronin
Vasily's work in Bali began in 2009 and has included real estate, villa management and business development. That experience spans both introducing properties to buyers and the practical work of running villas.
He leads Seacrest's operational and marketing activities and the development of the brand. At Four Palms, his involvement includes project marketing and buyer communication, working alongside the team responsible for delivering the homes.

Who is bringing the homes together
Behind every villa at Four Palms is a small team of specialists, each responsible for a different part of getting the project right, from the first drawings to the day you receive the keys.
Project management and consulting
PT Seacrest Management
Established in 2009, Seacrest is a boutique real estate developer and project manager with a portfolio of completed villas in Bali. Seacrest oversees Four Palms from concept through to completion, coordinating the architect, the contractor and the sales team so that each home is delivered as planned.
Architect
Chai Architect
Chai Architect is a Bali-based architectural practice led by architect Agus Mahardika, a graduate of Universitas Udayana, with a focus on villas, resorts and wellness-oriented projects, including the Eco Forest Resort in Buleleng. At Four Palms, the practice is responsible for the villa layouts, translating everyday needs such as privacy, natural light and easy indoor-outdoor living into the design of each home.

Established in 2008, Parsaka Dwiputra Konstruksi brings experience in villa construction and long-term property maintenance. The team is responsible for building each Four Palms villa to specification and supporting its upkeep after handover.
